These are replacement Shimano Rear Derailleur Cage Plates for Deore XT RD-M8000-SGS derailleurs. If these plates are bent or damaged, shifting performance deteriorates significantly leading to skipping chains, mis-shifts, and ghost shifting. Restore the smooth, precise shifting you've come to expect from your XT derailleur. *Be sure to choose the correct plate if you only need the inner or the outer plate.
