The base fabric is a textured 100% polyester that provides excellent wicking to keep you dry in a wide range of conditions. We’ve wrapped our AirMesh fabric around the shoulders and down into the sleeves and side panels to give extra stretch so the jersey doesn’t constrict or make you look like you should have bought a size larger. This jersey is made for those JRA rides. Just riding along. You're not aiming for new Strava records or to win the city-limit sprints, but you do want a jersey that's comfortable and looks great. The jersey has a neutral cut-not racy but also not flapping in the wind. But the high-stretch micro-pique fabric means it fits more shapes than a Castelli race jersey. SPEEDY ENDURANCE This is our mid-range performance short, great for a long endurance ride or a quick hour workout indoors or out. Our Endurance Evolution fabric is a high-modulus, very matte Lycra fabric that feels extremely dry while providing just the right amount of compression. The waist construction eliminates stitching and elastic and lies completely flat. At the leg ending we use a raw-cut edge with vertical silicone strips just like on our top-of-the-line Premio shorts to keep the leg in place without the pressure that creates the dreaded sausage effect. Prologue or Pro Logo The Prologo name is Italian for "prologue," the opening salvo in a Grand Tour. But many of our customers pronounce it like "Pro Logo." And we don't mind at all. The Prologo Jersey, now in its sixth generation, does feature a big logo, but more than that it brings a lot of tech directly from our experience with pro racing.
