Q. Is the TT course suitable for a TT bike?

A. Now that the course has been changed back to the Underground TT course. Absolutely yes.

Q. What gear range should I use in the RR?

A. A 12-25 would be a good idea. The climb going out is pretty flat but coming back up from the river is a bit steeper.

Q. Will there be housing offered?

A. I will distribute each email I receive to my clubs and let them respond. In most cases yes.

Q. This is my first Crit. Should I be concerned?

A. No, this is one of the safer courses you will ever do. Normally there are several 90* corners in a crit. In our Crit there are none.

Q. Why are there W 1/2/3 and W 3/4?

A. This is a SoCal points earning category.

Q. I am a cat 5 and want to race with my team. How can I assure that we will all be in either the A field or the B field?

A. You can not. I would recommend that you and your team mates register ASAP or wait until the A5 is full and enter the B5.

Q. Can I enter only one event?

A. Yes, if you only want to race the TT. No, if you want to just race any other event. This is a Stage Race not a Omnium. In an Omnium you can enter just one stage or all stages.
