Anaerobic Threshold
Test: This test will determine the point were
your body goes Anaerobic. With this information we will then
determine what your heart rate and wattage zones are. By knowing
these zones, your heart rate monitor and wattage indicator
stop being an expensive toy and become an affective tool.
This is the first step in helping you train objectively.
Power Output Test / Lactate Tolerance Test:
These two tests will help gauge were your strengths and weaknesses
lie. Once we know this we can better advise you on how you
should train.
Pedal Efficiency Evaluation: Not many people
pedal properly. Because of this they waist energy. We will
evaluate your current stroke and teach you how to make it
better.
Summery: Once we are done we will write
you a basic training program based on your goals, strengths,
weaknesses, and time. The rest is up to you.
